Once per turn, when the triggered or activated
ability of a permanent activates, you can
sacrifice a black wizard creature to return target
black wizard creature card from your graveyard
to the battlefield, then counter that ability.
When this card leaves the battlefield and is sent
to the graveyard, destroy target permanent.
