During your upkeep MotM gains one m.s.c.
At the end of your turn put a m.s.c for each 5 elves you control.
Remove a msc, put a +1/+1 counter on an elf.
Remove 3 msc destroy target artifact or enchantment.
Remove 10 msc, all elves get +5/+5 and trample.
