M. Bison, Shadow Leader

Eminence-Players can't gain life. At the beginning
of your upkeep, pay {p/u}{p/b}{p/r}. If you don't, you lose
the game.
When M. Bison, Shadow Leader enters the battlefield each opponent loses 5 life. If they would
be at zero or less life this way, instead they are at
1 life. Add {r}{r} to your mana pool.
If M. Bison, Shadow Leader is your commander,
you may have your life total start at 100 instead of
the usual amount.
