At the start of combat attach up to one target equipment you control to Vin, if you do, put a
+1/+1 counter on him & draw a card.
Whenever Vin attacks, it deals damage equal to
the number of counters on him to up two other
random creatures, planeswalkers or opponents.
He survived The Tower of Bal'Tander, that alone
should say something.
