Loki's Bargain

Starting with the player who cast Loki's
Bargain, each player taps one land until a
player decides to not tap or can not tap a land.
Any player who does not tap a land is
eliminated from the bidding. The player
who tapped the most lands draws 5 cards. If
there is a tie, all players lose 5 life even if they
were eliminated from the bidding.
