hand. Exile a card. You may have Loki become
a copy of any permanent exiled this way, except it
keeps all of Loki's abilities.
Whenever you cast an Instant or Sorcery spell,
you may have Loki become a copy of target
permanent an opponent controls, except it keeps
this ability.
