You may cast cards you exiled with Duplicate Counters. When you cast a card with a Duplicate counter on it, copy it. You may choose new targets for the copy.
Whenever you cast a spell without a Duplicate counter, you may exile a card from your hand
that shares a card type with the spell you cast. Put a Duplicate counter on the exiled card.
