+2: Each player discards a card. For each discarded card not cast with Madness, Levis deals 2 damage to you and 1 damage to each opponent.
-3: Choose a creature. Levis deals damage equal to its toughness to that creature and to its controller.
-9: Target opponent gets an emblem with "At the beginning of your upkeep, this emblem deals 5 damage to you unless you sacrifice a creature."
