Last Gate

Last Gate enters the battlefield tapped
and doesn't untap during your untap step.
At the beginning of your precombat main phase, remove all charge counters from
Last Gate. If no counters were removed this
way, put a charge counter on Last Gate. Otherwise, untap Last Gate.
