Land Dispute

{g}{g}{g}: Search target opponent's library for
a land card and put it onto the battlefield tapped under their control. Then that player searches your library for two land cards and
puts them onto the battlefield tapped under your control. Then those players shuffle
their libraries.
Sometimes the decisions made by a Jarl were
not popular with all his subjects.
