La Sangre de Sancho

Whenever a commander you control deals
combat damage to a player, that player gets a bleed counter. Then, you gain life equal to the number of bleed counters that player has.

At the beginning of each player's upkeep, La Sangre de Sancho deals damage to that player equal to the number of bleed counters they
have.
