Kovyd, Biological Killer

Germs cost they're two colors combined, such
as a red and blue germ only costing {u/r}.
Germs have mutate {b}.
If a germ were to duplicate, it duplicates twice
instead.
Kovyd has hexproof and indestructible as long as
there are no blue non-germs on the battlefield.
