Tap and untapped Shaman you control: Add {g} or {u} then put a charge counter on Kobo, Rainstorm Shaman.
Remove a charge counter from Kobo: Target permanent you control gains ward {1} until end
of turn.
When Kobo has five or more charge counters on
it, remove them and tap all nonland permanents
you don't control.
