Kitty, Taker of Naps

Kitty has hexproof as long as she's untapped.

At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player
draws a card. You may put a Blanket counter on up
to one target creature that player controls.

Nap Time — {g}{w}{u}, {t}: Tap each creature with
a Blanket counter on it. For each of those creatures,
the next time that creature would be untapped,
remove all Blanket counters from it and put a +1/+1 counter on it instead.
