When Killer B, Guardian of Kumo deals combat damage to a player, put a Chakra counter on target Ninja you control which doesn't have one on it.
Whenever a creature has a Chakra counter it gets +1/+1 and gains:
"{u/b}: Phase this creature out" and "{p/b} or {p/u}: Return this creature to controllers hand"
When Killer B, Guardian of Kumo has 8 Chakra counters on it, flip it
