As long as you control a permanent with dragon in its
name or as its card type, Ki, Who Hunts Still is
indestructible.

Whenever you would draw a card, instead search your
library for a permanent with dragon in its name or as its
card type, and add it to your hand.

If Ki, is exiled or in your Command Zone, dragons you
control get +2/+2.
