Kephilex, God of Chaos

At the beginning of each upkeep roll two six
sided dice. Kephilex's power and toughness are
each equal to the sum of their last result.
Whenever a player casts a spell if Kephilex is in a graveyard or on the battlefield, that player
chooses a permanent they control and a random
player gains control of it.
If Kephilex would be exiled, shuffle it into it's
owner's library instead.
