When Kalizar enters the battlefield, exile another target creature with four time counters on it. If
it doesn't have suspend, it gains suspend.
{u}{u}{r}{r}, {t}: Choose an exiled card with
suspend. That card loses suspend. Remove all
time counters from that card and Kalizar deals
damage to any target equal to the number of
counters removed this way.
