Whenever Kalea deals combat damage to another
creature, you may pay {3}{w}{u}. If you do, put a
stop counter on that creature.
You control how creatures with stop counters on
them attack and block.
Whenever a creature with a stop counter on it is
dealt damage, remove all stop counters from that
creature.
