Ka'abataan, the Dreamstone

Players play with their hands revealed.
When Ka'abataan enters the battlefield, you may exile it with four time counters on it. If you do, it gains suspend, then return target card in any non-library zone to the battlefield with four dream counters on it. Each turn, remove a dream counter from that card. When there are none, return it to that game zone.
The plane of Namarune is held in the multiverse by monoliths known as World Anchors. Without these spires, the plane would dissolve in the aether.
