+1: Return target artifact, enchantment, land or planeswalker to it's owner's hand, then discard a card, scry 1 and draw a card.
-2: Exile target creature, it's owner may cast it without paying it's mana cost by having Jolly deal damage equal to it's mana cost to any target.
-7: Scry 3, then reveal the top card of your library, until your next turn spells you cast cost X less where X is the revealed card's mana cost.
