Jirachi

Jirachi enters the battlefield with three wish
counters on it.
{t}: Remove a wish counter from Jirachi, choose
even or odd then reveal the top card of your library.
If the converted mana cost is the same as your
choice then you may cast that card, lands that are correctly chosen come into play. Cards not cast
that are revealed are put on the bottom of your library. (Lands are even)
