Vigilance, lifelink. Ji has indestructible as long as it has 9 or less memory counters on it.

Whenever another nonartifact historic permanent dies, put a memory counter on Ji, then scry X where X is the number of memory counters on it. This ability triggers only once each turn.

When Ji dies, if it had 10 or more memory counters on it, you win the game.
