Javelin of Lightning

After thrown and speaking its command word, it
turns into a lightning bolt. Forms 5ft line from
you to a TARGET within 120ft. Each creature
in LINE must make DEX Save, (DC 14) or take
4d6 lightning damage, half as much on success.
UPON REACHING TARGET, make ranged
weapon attack. Target takes 4d6 lightning + 1d6 piercing damage on hit.
This property can’t be used until the next dawn. Javelin is still a magic weapon in the meantime.
