At the beginning of each opponent's upkeep,
that player may pay {3}. If they do, they draw two
cards and you draw a card.
At the beginning of each opponent's combat
phase, that player may put a +1/+1 counter on
up to three creatures they control. If they do,
creatures they control can't attack you or a
planeswalker you control this turn.
