Whenever noncombat damage would be dealt to
you or a permanent you control, prevent that
damage and put that many charge counters on
Jade.
Whenever Jade deals combat damage to a player
or another permanent, you may remove any
number of charge counters from her. If you do,
she deals that much damage to that player or
permanent.
