Jackie the Lantern

At the beginning of your upkeep, if Jackie the
Lantern is in your command zone, you may pay {1}. When you do put a scream counter on her.
When you cast Jackie the Lantern from the
command zone each player may put a creature
card with mana value equal to or less than the
number of scream counters on Jackie the Lantern
from their graveyard into play. Those creatures
are goaded for as long as you control Jackie the
Lantern.
