Jace's Blessing

Each player equal to or lower than you on the leaderboard gains X emblems that read, "Sacrifice this emblem: Counter target spell." where X is equal to the number of players above you on the leaderboard.
Each player higher than you on the leaderboard returns all creatures they control to their owners' hands.
