search your library for a card called Venusaur and put it on the field.
{t}{g}, Vine Whip: Deal 3 damage to target creature.
{t}{b}, Poison Powder: Enchant target creature.
It gets a -0/-1 counter at the start of every turn. Creature's health does not regenerate.
