Whenever a creature or planeswalker an
opponent controls is dealt excess noncombat
damage, Irikash deals X damage to that
permanent's controller, where X is that excess
damage.
If a source you control would deal noncombat
damage to a permanent or player, it deals double
that damage to that permanent or player instead.
