Insight Aggression

All creatures attack each turn if able.
Whenever a creature attacks you or a planeswalker you control, you may have that creatures controller discard a card at random,
then draw a card.
When a large group of intoxicated pirates are in a small room together, chaos often ensues and somebody always gets hurt.
