Infernal Potency

Whenever you would draw one or more cards,
instead exile that many cards plus one from the
top of your library.
At the beginning of your end step, you may pay
X life. If you do, choose a number of cards exiled
with Infernal Potency equal to half of X rounded
up and put them into your hand.
