20ft. When you hit a creature or object using this
whip you can attempt to grapple the target as a
bonus action. While grappled using this whip you
can use your action to pull them up to 20ft
toward you or to be restrained until you let go of
the whip. A creature can escape with a DC 16
Athletics or Acrobatics check as an action.
