Independence Hall
At the beginning of each player's turn, they gain protection from a
color of their choice until their next turn. You cannot choose the
same color twice.
Whenever a player planeswalks, each player makes a Human Slave
token for every Human they control.
CHAOS When chaos ensues, if there is no monarch, whoever
caused chaos becomes the monarch. Then, the monarch has one
creature they control and one creature they don't control fight.
This occurs twice.
