Indecisive Minds

Whenever a player casts a spell or activates
an ability with one or more targets, that
player flips a coin. If the result is tails, that player chooses the targets for that spell or ability at random.
Paranoia can make even the most disciplined
mind fragile, causing enemies to rise where there were none before.
