When Incendiary Locke becomes equipped
to a creature, put X Shot counters on it. Equipped creature has +2/+0 for each Shot counter on Incendiary Locke.
Lockes were made for shooting pellets long ago at goblin workers. Now they, well, shoot a lot more than that.
