Immovable Rod

As a bonus action, speak the command word, and
the rod becomes magically fixed in place. Until
the command word is spoken again, the rod
doesn't move, even defying gravity. The rod can
hold up to 8,000 pounds, but any more weight
will deactivate the rod. A creature can move the
rod up to 10 feet with a DC 30 Strength check.
Slightly less dangerous and slightly more
useful than the unstoppable rod. Don't forget
the command word.
