Illicit Dealings

You and target player each look at the other's
hand. You may exile a nonland card from that
players hand. Then that player may exile a
nonland card from your hand. If they don't, they
create a Treasure token and you lose 2 life.
Players can cast spells exiled this way for as long
as they remain in exile, and may spend mana as if
it were mana of any color to do so.
