Whenever one or more creatures you control
deal combat damage to a player, you may destroy target artifact or enchantment that player
controls with converted mana cost X or less
where X is the combat damage dealt to that
player this turn.
Fire, anger, destruction, control and power. Political
influence is not a real power.
