Whenever you cycle or discard a card, put a desolation counter on Ifnir Incantation.
At the beginning of each end step, if Ifnir Incantation has three or more desolation counters
on it, sacrifice it. When you do, create Archfiend
of Ifnir, a 5/4 black Demon creature token with
flying and "Whenever you cycle or discard a card,
put a -1/-1 counter on each creature your
opponents control."
