At the beginning of each player's upkeep, flip a coin. If heads, you gain 2 life. If tails, grant
Hwei deathtouch and all creatures your opponent control -1/-1 until end of turn.

When Hwei dies, add {w}{u}{b}{r}{g} to your
mana pool, you may only use this mana to cast non-creature spells.
