defiled this turn. (Whenever a creature you control
dies, you discard a card, or you mill a card for the
first time each turn, you defile.)

As long as you've defiled three times this turn,
Hungering Desecrator has trample and "Whenever
this creature deals combat damage to a player,
draw a card."
