counters on Hot Potato. Target opponent gains control of Hot
Potato.
Your opponents can gain control of Hot Potato on their turns by
paying {5}.
When the controller of Hot Potato changes, remove all cringe
counters from it except for one.
At the beginning of your end step, double the amount of cringe
counters on Hot Potato.
