Whenever a creature without flying attacks
you or a planeswalker you control,
Hindering Mists deals 1 damage to it.
De-escalate — If a creature who takes
damage this way has three or more counters
on it, Hindering Mists also deals an
additional 1 damage to that creature for
each counter on it.
