Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell,
you may copy that spell. If you do, each
opponent copies that spell and may choose new targets for the copy. You may choose new targets
for the copy. For each copy of the spell that
at least one of the targets is the same as the
target of another copy, the copy's controller may
pay life equal to the original spell's mana value
and create another copy. That player may choose
new targets for the copy.
