As long as Herrscher of The End is your
commander, you may use cards outside of it's
color identity.
When Herrscher of The End enters the battlefield, destroy all non-Honkai creatures.
Other honkai creatures you control get +3/+3.
Even though the previous era beat 13 different herrschers, they were no match to the Final Herrscher.
