Search target opponents library for an instant or sorcery card with mana value X or less. you may
cast that card without paying its mana cost.
if it its mana cost was 4 or less, Draw X cards
where X is that spells mana cost.
if its mana cost was 5 or more, Return X nonland permanents to their owners hands where X is
that spells mana cost.
