Magecraft — Whenever you cast or copy an
instant or sorcery spell, Hallia, Herald of
the Storm gets +1/+1 until end of turn.
Whenever you cast your first instant or
sorcery spell each turn, if it has mana value
2 or less, you may copy it. If you do, you
may choose new targets for the copy.
