Halfling Healer

A timid halfling offers to do what he can to
patch you all up in between exploits.
Passive Ally Buff:
Whenever you take a short rest and roll a
hit die to regain health, instead treat that
die as if it had rolled the maximum number.
Conditions:
If an player dies, discard Halfing Healer.
