Guardians of time

Player's cannot have an extra turn unless that player
pays 2 lives.
Player's cannot enter battle phase twice.
Player's cannot draw an additional card from deck except
the main draw phase and only 1 card.
Player's cannot have maximum hand size, cards in play
give such effects is negated.
Player's cannot reshuffle graveyard back into deck.
Player's cannot discard to draw a card.
Player's can only win by having his/her opponent life to
0, any card effect prevents this is negated.
